Went in for testing, was told I would have results in 30 mins. After waiting 4 1/2 hours I called and the lady ( Shaneal) who answered phone was rude and said they close @ 9 so they have til 9 to reach out to me.. I do not recommend going here!
Went there for COVID testing. My family registered online two hours before we arrived and they had not yet processed our registration. They stated the registration department was running behind then took our information to register as walk in. The "15 minute" test took 2 hours and then they only gave a verbal result. There is nowhere to log in to get a paper copy of results for employer, which seems sketchy enough as it is. Recommendedthey have been very sweet with my daughter and even took extra x-rays to make sure she was good. if anything ever happens to me or my child ill be back to this urgent care

Compassionate, appropriate after-hours care for my sick child, at the Nicholasville Rd location. The facility is clean, and everyone we came in contact with was kind and respectful. Recommended.
Staff is very nice and I was in and out quickly! I have no insurance so $85 was affordable as well.
Cut my finger cooking. Thought I could get it to stop bleeding. After tending to it for a while I decided I wanted someone to look at it. Thanks to Lexington Urgent Care on Nicholasville Rd. Staff was very courteous. So glad insurance wasn't a problem and I got the best care.
