RecommendedBeen here over two years and never had any major complaints. Any issues I’ve ever had have been resolved professionally and in a timely manner. Naturally, rent has gone up with the market, but overall a great price for the area and size of the apartment.
Not anything wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
My fiancé and I moved in 2 months ago and haven’t had any problems. Our neighbors are friendly and the front office ladies are nice. Only complaint is I Wish they had a basketball court. I like it, otherwise.
I have been here 1 full week and this is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I have a LIST of things that are WRONG with this apartment. I moved into a DIRTY, nasty and SMELLY apartment. Do you people know how to clean??????? DO NOT move here. You will regret it. Fountaine Bleau beats this place by a lot. This is not luxury by any means. We just moved in,case management owns it. We love the size of the apartment, staff is friendly, willing to help. The pool is beautiful and even have a place to exercise here, with equipment. My favorite so far, is the staff who saw my husband sitting out on our patio and they brought him a bottle of water. Just my thoughts for our first 5 days here.
I would not recommend anyone moving to Lexington Park. The staff is very unprofessional and the manager Shaniqua is very rude. If you come to her with a problem she jumps at you like you are the problem.
