Terrible Terrible Terrible. Customer Service is bad, maintenance is bad, Management is never around. I can go on and on. I want out my lease and my money back.
RecommendedApartments are safe (gated community) & parking is great. Would have liked more upgrades for the phase 2 that I bought into, but still nice. Ladies in office are really friendly as well. Excellent home for dog owners

beautiful area nice setting awesome people in the office! neighbors are all real nice! or at least the ones that I've met so far. love not having to fight for a parking spot! love the fact that 430 is so easily accessible! apartment was very clean smelled brand new. no issues no complaints! did I mention I love this place? lol. I'm so glad I chose Lexington Park to call my home! p.s. good luck getting me to move! 💪😏
So this is what I wake up to. Me and my neighbor can't see eye to eye on noise level or sleep time. I have only been in my apartment for 30 days. Car always sit backed in by itself...hmmm And yes it's gated.
Moved in a week ago and really appreciate office staff and their friendly and helpful attitudes. Maintenance guys are super friendly and attentive. Neighbors seem professional and quiet. Nice sized apartment in a serene setting. All is great so far! Thank you to Lexington Park staff.👍
The employees are incredibly hard workers who truly care about their residents!
