Best gym in Kentucky. Tons of equipment and great customer services.
Not from lexington, but work here a few times a year. It's the absolute best place to workout regardless of experience or goals. It literally has any and everything you need from elite level PL and strongman equipment, to basic machines. I love it!

I was a member there, my girlfriend and i, and my girlfriend ended cheated on me and took me off the plan we had. I happen to have silver sneakers through Humana, I was trying to get my membership back but no go, and it wasn't my fault. My oncologist needs me to get exercise but it's all about money. I called them, wanted to explain what happened last time but I was told to tell it to someone who cares. If I didn't have a ridiculous amount of money, to go someone else. I have brain and lung cancer. Unreal.
Great staff very helpful. Answered all my questions and showed me through the facility! Will be back!
This gym is the best gym in KY. The staff is friendly and professional.
