Great gym! If you are ever in Lexington stop by this gym!! Staff is super nice and very helpful. The equipment is everything plus more for a great workout.
Can't find a gym like this in my hometown! Has everything you could possibly want and more. With an area designed for olympic lifting, extensive free weights and a women's only section there's a place for everyone to feel comfortable and get the most out of their workout. Can't wait to be a regular here!
Okay so this gym was off the chain! LAC?! Great place to get a proper workout. Not only was the staff helpful but there was plenty of equipment to use in order to get a propper workout. So many benches, squat racks, and treadmills. Endless free weights and crossfit equipment! I had great time Thanks for the gainz LAC catch ya later

Came across this gem thanks to a buddy of mine this is hands down the best gym I've ever been to the staff is friendly they have multiple facilities an indoor track weights a pool there's really something for everyone here if you haven't been yet you gotta go. Happy GAINDAY
