This company is a perfect example of what is wrong with Miami. They are chalk full of crooked realtors and employees. They used deceptive business practices in an unjust attempt to withhold 100% of my security deposit. I have full reason to believe that they engage in this type of practice regularly, taking advantage of the average tenant to line their pockets after a lease. I could not be more disgusted by this company’s actions and I urge you to find another realtor or bring your lease to a lawyer before signing. AWFUL
