A friend of mine referred me to Level Up Performance because he knew I wanted to get back into the gym after working from home and eating my way through 2020. I was able to receive strength and conditioning training with rehab from Brian. It was a great experience and quite amazing that he was able to pin point my major issues that have been holding me back from progressing further in my training career. Coming back from multiple ankle injuries not only was he able to help me perfect my form and technique he was able to most importantly make sure I am able to workout comfortably without any pain and discomfort. Brian is so helpful and informative! Every time I have a problem with my knee, he seems to know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. He's extremely patient and so encouraging when it comes to helping clients and he pushes me to do my best. I'm always excited to come and see what progress I've made. Thank you Brian :)
I’m am soo grateful I found Level Up Performace. I’ve been dealing with hip pain that prevented me from progressing in the gym. Brian has been amazing helping me get better. He treats his patients like family. I would recommend Level Up PT to anyone who is looking to be pain free!
