Roof Analysis done well Let It Rain did an analysis of our roof and attic, for the purposes of energy saving and renovation prioritization. Work was done well, on time and on budget. Report delivered was clear and helpful.

Roofing Just a fyi... If I'm taking the time to write a review, it's either I was extremely happy or tremendously disappointed. In this case, it is a very positive review. Years ago, when I needed a new roof, I called a few companies for estimates; money was tight at the time but I had to face the fact that my house needed a new roof. Garage re-shingling To Whom It May Concern: Let it Rain (Mick-Sales, A.J., Paul and Daniel-Installers) were on time and did a great job and I have no hesitation contacting them for future jobs!
Plywood I originally found the company Let It Rain through a radio ad and also through word of mouth a while back. They always have done great job as they have excellent warranty and you get what you pay for (not the cheapest, but no the most expensive). They are the best company as far as I am concerned.
Roof Replacement and added ventilation We called quite a few roofing companies for quotes, and LIR was the speediest to get back to us and come in for a quote, so that was impressive, as many didn't even bother to return our calls. The person inspecting the roof and attic to provide a quote did a very thorough job, top to bottom. Full roof We had 5 reputable companies come and assess our roofing needs as we had to replace our roof only 8 years after it was installed. Out of the field, we felt that Let it Rain was more knowledgeable and frankly qualified to handle our issues. Partial Roof Replacement Last November, I needed a portion of my roof replaced, so I got quotes from three companies, including, Let it Rain. Company 1 quoted $1700 (before tax); Company 2 quoted $1500 (before tax); and Let it Rain quoted the following: SubTotal: $2900; HST: $377; Total: $2277; I had assumed that because the other quotes were below $1900, that the total must be correct, that they were giving me a $1k discount. The price on our proposal was very clear at 2900.00 plus hst which equals $ 3277.00 Our sales rep made a mistake with the total price and wrote $ 2277.00 instead of $ 3277.00. Customer was always aware of the price of the 2900.00 plus hst and simply tried to take advantage of an adding error , unfortunate that they make look bad and give a bad rating for a simple honest mistake.
Roof repair I had a repair done by Let It Rain for a portion of my roof that was leaking last May. The roof continued to leak every time it rained. Let It Rain came back to fix it the leak in January, but it still continued. The interior of my house is now seriously damaged, and despite my 2 year written guarantee from the company and many emails and phone calls to the company, the owner Bruno has told me they are not responsible, that they are not fixing the roof, and that if I want the leak to stop, I need to hire them to ... read more

This lady has 2 flat roofs next to each other one is very small and the main one is much bigger, both roof needed to be done but since lady is on a tight budget we tried to help by just doing the small for only $ 1300.00 . Turns out the main roof was leaking too and now she is blaming us for the main roof . It's very unfortunate that she is saying these negative comments after we tried to help
