Excellent Service Even for the Smaller Jobs I would never call anyone but Let It Rain for my roof. They put in our flat room originally, 16 years ago. My wife was on the roof and saw some bubbling so we called them to come look and tell us what was needed. (Side note: we also called another company who 1) pretended they couldn't get to the flat roof without coming through the house, which LIR had no problem doing, and 2) seemed dismissive of my wife as being a reliable source of information.) Roof Repair and Attic Insulation Work was done by two crews in Dec 2021. Replaced a roof vent and removed old attic insulation and blew in cellulose insulation to meet R60 building code. Much warmer and drier! Reputable, professional, quality contractors that I highly recommend.
Bathroom fan replacement & Re-caulk exterior of solariun Work done by two different teams for two jobs during late fall 2021. Basement bathroom fan was quickly and efficiently replaced with new plate installed for venting to outside. Professionally done, with no mess as they cleaned up before they left. Solarium work included stripping old caulking off an older than 15 years old solarium and re-caulking. Work had to be split into two different days due to weather. Sun Tunnel installation Having a hole cut in a flat roof is scary however I felt really confident as the workers did their job. They were very skilful, making sure the integrity of our roof is maintained. I appreciated their professionalism in entering my home and I’m super delighted with the daylight now filling my upper stairwell. Great job!

Skylight I had a skylight installed in my kitchen. The 2 workers that came were very professional and respectful of the COVID-19 rules. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider Let It Rain in the future for roof work.

Roof replacement From our knowledgeable sales rep to the fantastic crew to the office staff - everyone was professional and friendly. The installation was very well done and our roof looks amazing. Great from beginning to end! From getting the quote, to the actual work being done and the customer service throughout... it was a great experience! Honest and professional Let It Rain just finished a great job for us. We needed to replace the roof and we got a few different quotes and Let It Rain was not the highest or the lowest we chose them because of how thorough their quote was and Bruno was very informative and professional.
