Awesome service. We reached out for a quote in Nov 2023, and a sales rep promptly responded. Over the next couple of months we requested, adjusted, requested again, adjusted some more, until we'd finalized what we would like. The fklat roof was replaced and I had asked them to ensure to slant to roof so standing water would run into the eaves. After completion the wooden deck was replaced over the shingles. Shortly after I noticed there was still standing water after a rain. There was a 10 year warranty, but no leaked were experienced until year 11. I understand the liability period is over but I would have expected it to last much longer.

Our roofing was 25 years old, installed by Let It Rain in 1998 and was due for replacement. We had quote within two days of my call that we accepted. We had new roofing in two weeks. The job was completed on the two hottest days of the summer. The crew was courteous, efficient and respectful. They managed the job without damaging any of the plants growing near the house and the clean-up was very good. We would certainly recommend them to others.

Bathroom vent with connecting line through attic and vent through roof The estimator was very nice to deal with and professional. The exact estimate was honored, even though there was some unexpected plastering work to do at the end (because our house is old with very thick ceilings). Work Completed as AGREED Due to insulation being moved by animals in the attic we had an ice build-up on one area of the house. This led to water damage of the drywall. Let It Rain replaced drywall, insulation and added ice and watershed to the roof. Work completed as agreed . Very satisfied with the work; no short cuts!!!

Exceptional Service We have a small semi and decided to have the roof done with our neighbour on the other side for a seamless fit and colour throughout. Thanks to Let It Rain We'd been approached by a guy, said he say something near the chimney. He climbed up, came down and said our chimney area was gutted by raccoons, showed us a picture on his phone. A $3000 job. We contacted Let It Rain, and they came, looked and said it's fine, there is no damage at all, doesn't need any work, it's a hoax. We had previously used Let It Rain for a complete eavestrough job, and they did a great job, reliable, prompt and friendly. I strongly recommend them.
