roofing, eavestroughing & exterior waterproofing Roofing was done without a hitch and solved the water leak problem. Installtion of troughing is quite simple but these guys went above and beyond by doing some waterproofing/caulking and making many reasonable suggestions for additional improvements that were not meant as an upsell. We have recommend to others with positive experinces and we will use them on occassion in the future.

New roofing system (shingles, ridge vent, flashing...) Let It Rain replaced our roof shingles with 40 year GAF shingles. The team took about 3 working days to get the job done, but it was spread over a week due to heavy rain. The quality of their work was very good. We had to ask them back to paint over some of the flashing that reduced the "curb appeal" of the house and there are still some old nails that we're finding on the driveway, but we think that's just part of getting a new roof. Roof & Venting We replaced our roof last year. My Etobicoke/Lakeshore neighbourhood is full of single story bungalows that represent a challenge for ventilation as access to the soffits requires going through brick. We got 8 quotes from companies like: [Competitor name removed--Ed] etc. We insisted on a GAF or Certainteed laminated shingle. Flashing repair + exhaust hood install Unfortunately, I had a roof leak.. GREAT... It was leaking around the flashing of the chimney, right onto a beautiful plaster ceiling and crown moulding. The damage is minimal, and luckily, inspection behind the wall revealed no significant damage or mould. Flat roof repair I hired Let It Rain to refinish a flat roof for my house - which is a walk out from the master bedroom. Although it wasn't cheap (which is the only reason why I gave a 9), they did an excellent job! You might be saying - how impressed can you really be with a new roof? Well, I can say that the grade is perfect, the flashing and finish looks very neat and they were clean, polite and on time. I guess you get what you pay for.

roof and insulation I had estimates from others but when it came to getting action it was impossible. Let it Rain was professional all the way - always available and on time. The job was done thoroughly and complete clean up provided.

New roofing I choose the company Let it rain to replace my existing shingle roof. They removed the existing roof, replaced the existing wood planks that were not in good condition, then installed a new membrane and new shingles. The quality of their work is excellent and it is done quickly (which is critical). This company makes sure that the client is totally satisfied (they do a follow-up). I cannot recommand enough them. So, they fully deserved the highest note.

Roof Shingles Dave who gave us an estimate and also explained the technical aspects of roofing and the various options. Dave was well informed, professional and very helpful. The installers were professional and did a great job. I am very happy with the roof. It has been over a year. It was worth the price especially with the harsh weather we've been having.

Snow removal and attic insulation We used their services for snow removal in January. They did a lot of damage to our eavestrough. After 3 months and countless calls to the office we are still waiting for the damage to be repaired. Right after the snow removal they did the attic insulation which was done in a very unprofessional manner. We do not recommend this company.
