So disappointed in my entire experience with lester glenn. Purchased a used “certified” jeep Cherokee a few months ago. I have nothing but problems with it. Had to take it back once already for a leak in the oil pan that stained my brand new driveway. Also find out after speaking with other car dealerships (owners) that my percentage rate was basically inflated!! With excellent credit I end up with a 6.69% interest rate on a used car. Best customer service and easiest transaction ever. Salesman Drew was the absolute best to deal with and Manager Billy was awesome as well. This was my 17 year old son's first car and BIlly made sure we got a great deal and made sure my son was happy. Adam Chiappano was excellent. He was courteous as was everyone who assisted us. I felt he was honest and straightforward. And didn't feel one bit pressured. We also didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership and he understood and got us in and out in a timely manner. In the end we decided to purchase a 2018 Chevy Trax.

Every single person that works there was incredibly friendly and helpful, most of all my salesman Bill caffyn!
