I went in with my girlfriend To help her find a car that she loves , honestly I was dreading it...expecting the process to drag on as usual. But to my surprise, Joey Phillips made the process quick and painless while at the same time , not making us feel rushed! 3 Strikes and your out Lester Glenn! I called for a minor part needed to secure a trim panel on my door. First the person was far from pleasant. I have the trim part number and the person told me the clips I needed were special order and the clips were $8.00 and change a piece. When I asked for the part number he told me that he would not give that out to me! Why? Cause you like to treat customers like garbage and take $$$!
