I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN! They are the absolute worst. I bought my car a year ago March and have giant chips( at least 3 inches in length) in the paint on the front hood of my car. I went for a recall told them about it, was told they would get back to me with what could be done. I GOT NO CALL NO EMAIL. We went to Lester Glenn on Friday to purchase a new car and trade in our old and had a great experience. Jim was our sales person and he was awesome! He was super patient with me and my husband as we asked questions and made the big decisions. He was able to get us exactly what we were looking for! Matt Safran was super easy to work with. I’ve never purchased a car with five little ones in tow until yesterday. As crazy as it was with my kids- he was patient and quick with the whole process. Talk about committed long term customer service from salesman, Ryan Barhle !! I woke up this morning to a text message that included a picture of touch up paint that Ryan had bought with his own money after vaguely mentioning to him that the paint on our truck had chipped. He refused to take money from me but I will repay him by purchasing another vehicle from him in September when the lease on my other car is up! We appreciate you, Ryan !!
I decided to stop by Lester Glen Chevrolet the other day because I was interested in a brand new Tahoe . I have owned two surburbans and two Tahoe ‘s . Jim at the dealership was kind of enough to show me around and was very patient in showing all that’s new in these new SUV’s . He was funny and gave me a lot information . I felt very comfortable expressing what i was looking for with Jim. Hoping to make my decision soon and I will definitely go right back to Jim .
