I got a brand new 2017 Chevy Colorado pickup truck and i absolutely love it!! Only problem i have is i went in for my oil change maintenance package and i had to wait 3 HOURS!!! It was during a snow storm and they had a bunch of cancellations. So what was the wait for!?

Just had my Camaro in for service and had some concerns. Not only was the tech that worked on it very nice and professional he knew what the problem was immediately and had an idea on what GM would tell him to do to fix it. All the Service advisor Abby was great to deal with. Very communicative, she kept me very much in the loop on what was being done to the car and was very easy to speak to. Bought my second SUV from Lou Cipriani today and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle! No hassles, in and out quickly and got the car I wanted. Everyone should go see Lou for a great deal on a new or used vehicle!
