They are thieves and crooks! Do Not I repeat Do Not Do Business with them at all! We ordered a new filter and pump...no tracking number just had our order confirmation number email. I was walking my 1 yr son as my parents are handicapped and a fed ex truck pulled up and dropped of small heavy boxes. I purposely make the drivers leave all packages by our camera and tipped him. As I had to carry each heavy box to the yard myself. The next day a different driver dropped off a big box as I came outside and delivered a big box bu... read more

I leave a review regarding this and reschedule for today, appointment between **** again, just got a call from the same rude lady saying the technician truck just broke down and is being towed. She is now targeting me because of a bad review, I will escalate this until I get answers. This is retaliation for my review of their services.
