I tried to use their pool service but was unable to even schedule a appointment. Their service number seems to be seperate from the person who actually sets the appointment. No matter my availablity their scheduler seems to choose a day/time that I told them I was not available. This happened multiple times. What a joke. Its not that hard of a process to be a able to schedule a appointment. To bad ,I like the stores and the people who work at them as they are very helpful and knowleadgeable. After purchasing equipment from their store I also purchased the service for the installation. On the day of installation I received a call that the manager didnt want the technician to complete my job. I did get a refund but now I am stuck trying to find another company to come out. If I knew this I would have not purchased my equipment from them.
