I ordered a pool online from Leslie's on about 6/28/23. I was told it would be delivered 7/19/23. then it was the 7/21. I called a few days later and got someone who spoke almost English, and she told me it would be there in 2-4 weeks. I then called the next day and asked where it was coming from. I'm not sure if she said ********** or *******. And Leslie's would send me an email. Well that never happened. I tried to use their pool service but was unable to even schedule a appointment. Their service number seems to be seperate from the person who actually sets the appointment. No matter my availablity their scheduler seems to choose a day/time that I told them I was not available. This happened multiple times. What a joke. Its not that hard of a process to be a able to schedule a appointment. To bad ,I like the stores and the people who work at them as they are very helpful and knowleadgeable. Not sure if the service departmen... read more
