We made a service appointment for our pool. We were given a 4hr time window in the morning for them to come. I also had a medical appointment I changed in order to be home for the appointment. A pool vacuum was taken in to be serviced by my boss. I went in to see what is the issue of it not being done. We were told that they tried to call numerous times in which looking at call log no calls came in for that time frame of 3 weeks that they had it. My boss went to go pick it up to take else where and the vacuum that they were trying to give her was not her vacuum.
