I had my last experience with Leslie's on Bryant. After paying for my $200 order and moving my car to the pick up area, practically nothing I paid for was in stock and then had to wait inline to get a refund- and then also go elsewhere to get the stuff our pool needed. My adult children laughed at me for being overly impatient, then two weeks later one of them was treated so rudely by the same manager. 2 long time clients not going back. Chris was great and followed up with me as promised....much appreciated, outstanding customer service!
I entered the store to find it completely empty of all employees and customers. The back door was open to the storage area and the door to the outside was opened as well. I placed my water sample in the bin and walked around the store for a couple of minutes and even went back to the front door to make the bell ring hoping to alert the employees to a customer entering. Go to the Waterloo one, Bryant rarely answers the phone and their staff is not really helpful.
Here's a shorter version: 5-star service from Chris and Cooper at Leslie Pool Supplies! They took the time to advise me on pool maintenance and Chris even managed to track down a hard-to-find pump motor part while we chatted. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient - highly recommend!
