SELLING DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT Against my better judgement I went back to Leslie's- such a joke! After purchasing a Polaris 3 times at the Edmond store and getting them Home to find out they were all broken in the box, I returned the last one to the north penn store for a 4th try. Supposed to be open at 9:00. 9:15 nobody there.
I had my last experience with Leslie's on Bryant. After paying for my $200 order and moving my car to the pick up area, practically nothing I paid for was in stock and then had to wait inline to get a refund- and then also go elsewhere to get the stuff our pool needed. My adult children laughed at me for being overly impatient, then two weeks later one of them was treated so rudely by the same manager. 2 long time clients not going back.
