I had a pretty frustrating experience with the corporate side of Leslie’s. The technician the day prior didn't show up (Blamed it on the non existing Rain that day when I asked the Arizona dispatcher), and then the company sent a defective pump, forcing me to wait all over again for a replacement. However, Toni completely saved the day. Very helpful ladies. Got me everything i needed for my spa and a little knowledge of how to take care of it. Very helpful.
It's always a positive experience here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very helpful with figuring out what we need to do for our pool. It's our first time owning a pool and we have learned so much from them. They make having a pool super easy.
