I was there first as they open the door. And then somehow 2 others customer went ahead of me and I waited for 2 hours to get it done. In my previous experience it should take about 30 minutes per customer tie get it done quickly. But I had good sales on my new tires than before was.

I will never take my business to Bel-Red road les schwabb again. I was just dangerously cut off by a well marked les schwabb dark blue scion xb with the clear logo on the front fender and the store location on the back bumper. we've all been cut off before and probably have done it to someone else. Most of us are smart enough to not do it while driving the company car. There was zero traffic so no misjudgement situations. Just blatant disregard for safety of someone else. Love your speed Friday 4 PM December 21st, I noticed my driver side front break has unmistakable noise. Drove to my usual garage.Got the earliest appointment was on Wed. 26th and minimum driving. This is Christmas stay in home! I called Saturday 8AM and Andy of Les Schwab(Bel-Red) said "Come in, we will fix you up". My breaks were fixed by 11AM and I went to see my friend flown in from Japan at noon for a happy lunch.Thank you very much, Andy!

This Les Schwab has great customer service. I called because the tires I had purchased a few years ago needed to be replaced. Andy, the manager, let me know that I may be eligible for a credit on new tires if they hadn't reached the mileage guaranteed under the warranty. I went in and he clearly explained my options for new tires to me. I would recommend this Les Schwab to anyone.

I was helped by Pete for a flat tire. I had a screw in the edge of the tire/sidewall. Due to the location the tire could not be fixed, but several options were provided including replacing all tires with a trade in value of my existing tires, and/or order a replacement tire since I did not buy these tires at Les Schwab. I came to Les Schwab since on our other car I have always purchased the tires from LS and have had great services. The manager Andy has great customer service, He is great at listening to what the customer wants and is willing to meet them half way. I have taken all my cars to Les Schwab for many years and not once have I not had a problem fixed. Andy takes customer care to the next level. He has a positive attitude and great energy. His leadership rubs off on the rest of the crew. I wouldn't take my cars or business elsewhere. Thanks Andy+ team. Tariq S.
