Showed up without an appointment and a flat tire. One hour later the tire was fixed and because it was my first time, they did it for free. Kudos to the business to create attractive ways to generate instant gratification and customer loyalty.

I came in 20 minutes before closing. (I knew this was a bitch move on my part). The staff was so nice and helpful! They took care of my car and got me on my way! Thank you so much!!!!
Told one hour to rotate tires. One hour into it they hadn't touched my car. I asked them how much longer and the guy said it would be 15 more minutes to get it to the back and 30 to rotate. No communication with me at all until I went up. Then they told me it would be almost double the time. Asked for my keys back and left without getting the service as didn't have enough time to wait another 45 minutes.
These guys truly live up to their brand. I had been in Puyallup to have a low tire repaired and found that by the time I arrived in Bellevue it was low again. It was well after 6:00, and closing, but the looked at it anyway and informed me that the repair was in a spot that couldn't be repaired. My only option was a new set of tires. They ran to another nearby store to get the correct size and got them on, and me back on the road by 8:00 pm. I apologized over and over for keeping them late. Extremely helpful and understanding staff. Despite coming in at 5.45pm I was assured that they would stay overtime to ensure that they looked over my tires and that I was safe. It transpired that there was a nail in one of my tires and they plugged it for free! What an amazing company!!
