So thankful to Andy and his crew, had a blow out off 405 and once towed to the store. The closest store near was Bellevue, Andy had tires ready, the coordination were spot on for his crew and the service ,he had me in and out in no time. The plans for the day were altered but the day was saved. I appreciate the staff and manager at this location and my location manager Doug in Kent/Des Moines for all his help in getting me set up . These two locations work hard and give great customer service..
The Bellevue Les Schwab has been very helpful, honest and professional with us this week. We had a screw in a tire and I was fully expecting to have to pay a hefty price for a replacement. Instead they managed to repair at no charge. You got yourself a client for life!
So les Schwab stores have TVs in their waiting areas, but company policy requires they must be programmed for ESPN. Hmmm...wonder what audience they are catering toward??
Came in for a flat tire fix on my daughters car and a rotation . The girls at the counter were not courteous and on top of that I am told a 3.5 hour wait on a Thursday.? Really are u kidding me ??? I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is the longest wait for that I have ever seen. Did not offer to take me to Crossroads or anything. I will go to Renton from now on. They were the best! They helped me and didn’t charge me a thing. I was considering going to Costco for my new tires next month, but now I am for sure going to Les Schwab.
Best customer service ever.
Knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking people. Every time I come here I am treated with respect and given options for services. Nothing is forced upon me nor am I pressured to select the more expensive option. Not always "pit crew" speed, but they do seem to really hustle to get customers moved through as quickly as possible. I have pulled in at five minutes to closing and had them get my tire fixed without the "we're closing soon" excuse. Just smile and fix it.
