RecommendedThese guys repaired a flat tire for me and didn't charge for the service, even though I had never been a customer before. Service was fast and friendly, and they only asked that I think of them first the next time I need some tires. Will definitely be back.

Nothing to do with tires today. A very nice gentleman, Les Schwab Tire Man, purchased my Coffee at the Idaho Falls, Idaho Starbucks on Broadway. That is a fine way to start the day. I will NEVER use Les Schwab for anything ever again! I put a lot of money into repairs now told I have to replace the sway bar when it is the bushings that they have already replaced! They said that they will replace the bushings if I pay to replace the sway bar but then when I told them to just replace the bushings and I will have reliable and trustworthy mechanics at Ross Diesel and repair fix it, then they said that the bushings are fine it’s just the sway bar so they won’t fix anything! I will not be returning back here! $600 quote and another $1,200 quote on things that you say need done ASAP, yet I go down the street to the dealership and the "$600" quote ended up being $450 because you were going to charge me on parts that I didn't need, and wasn't broke and for the 2nd quote they were not an "emergency" and not $1200's worth of work and parts. I have no problem paying the money to fix my vehicle but not when every time I walk in I'm leaving feeling like I've been taken advantage of.
They are slow and trying to get a tire fixed was a joke took us an hr and we were the first ones there

Worst customer service EVER! Never going there again or referring anyone to them. They need to hire nice people that are willing to help you and answer any questions you have.
