Really? Beautiful new facility. Four service bays. Five employees "chatting it up" in the office. Two employees actually working on vehicles in two of the service bays. Five cars waiting after me ... my flat repair took almost an hour and a half. Not exactly the service that is worthy of the Les Schwab name.
Had low tire pressure while traveling. .pulled in and was taken care of within seconds. Great customer service!
Very friendly, fast service. Offered the kids coloring pages while we wait :)
The les Schwab store on Santiam Highway in Albany Or. Is a joke !!!!!! I will NEVER go there agine !!!!!!!! 4 years iv delt with them, they NEVER do anything right !!!!! Done !!!!!!!!!!!
You know, up til now I loved Les Schwab but I must say maybe I need to boycott &loudly tell others why....ANY supporting or SHAMEFUL SPONSORING OF KILLING DEFENSELESS ANIMALS IS HORRID IN MY BOOK. COYOTES (LIKE MANY MANY ANIMALS) were here long long before us & therefore it is "us" who are infringing on their territory & rights -- maybe you should think about that & what you are offering to support --I know oodles of people who won't be going to any Les Schwab anymore. Too bad for you.
We had a blowout on the freeway in a new to us used rv. We blew a dual near the Santiago rest stop at 6:05, just after they closed. I called anyway to see if there was any after hours roadside assistance, and they said they would stay on until we got there to help us out. Even though the manager had been at work since five in the morning, he called in two guys who had just gotten off work and put six new tires on, plus the spare. Lifesavers who go above and beyond the requirements of their job.
Awesome, even in the midst of a huge remodel, got us in and out very fast.
Always great service. I do lots of hiking/camping in the Pacific NW. Good off road tires are a necessity for my '75 Chevy 4wd pick up.
