Scheduled an appointment for my alignment and did get stuck waiting about 30 minutes before getting serviced. BUT the machanic that did my alignment, Joes, was super nice! I haven't had the best expierence with customer service at any Les Schwab location pretty much ever, and Jose was a surprise to me. I know timing can be hard to plan when it comes to anything car related, so looking past being stuck waiting, I was pleased with my visit.
Amazing people! They were super busy but got everyone taken care of REALLY fast! We were told it was a 2 hours wait, we waited less that 35 mins!!
Went to the Albany LesSchwab yesterday December 14th to get my snow tires on and was told the wait would be 3 hours! They were so busy and working so hard! They got me out in 2 1/2 hours! Thank you for working so hard to help everyone as fast as you could!! You guys are great!
Thanks for your special treatment of taking really good care of the issues that I brought in about my tiers. I thought it just might be a good idea to have you inspect the tiers and possibly balance and rotate them but you guys found out right away that the tiers on the rear was starting to separate.
