I Got a flat tire and had a great resolution on a hard to find replacement. Thank you.
On our way out of the house I noticed one of our tires were flat, 10 mins before Les Schwab closed. I called ahead and they said if I could get there in 5 mins they'd help! We arrived almost at 6pm and they were so kind and helpful. I had my two kids with us and they made sure they knew about the popcorn. We were in and out in 15 mins. Excellent customer service!
Went in yesterday 9-2-17 just to have a nail pulled out. Kind of figured I needed new tires. Wound up getting some. They were very fast. New tires and alignment. Thank you very much Albany Les Schwab!
Thank you Les Schwab in Albany. The guys got us in & out quickly so we could make it to my granddaughters appointment at Doernbechers on time. It was an emergency as the valve stem broke & tire wasn't holding air. Everyone else in front of us I also want to thank. We made it 10mins before her scheduled time. To top it all off, there was no charge & that was very generous. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL AT THIS LOCATION "YOU ROCK"

Yesterday came out of Home Depot, and to my surprise I had a very flat tire.... Ok what to do, of course call Les Schwab... What a great experience I had from my first contact with them to hear that friendly voice on the other end of the phone to tell me that they would send someone out to put air in my tire so I could drive to Les Schwab to get it repaired.... Absolutely fantastic! We were traveling south in a rental car on I5 from Seattle to San Francisco and had a flat tire. Not only did they work us in for a tire repair within 5 minutes but they also comped the repair! Outstanding customer service and staff.
Slow, slow, slow and didn't even fix the problem! And still cost me money! Won't go back.
