I want to thank, Matthew, and the others who did an outstanding job, replacing my brakes and battery, going out of their way to see everything was correct .....even fixed a annoying rattle my dealership couldn't locate..would definitely recommend ......
I went in today because I thought I had a rock in my driver side break as I had heard it grinding the day before. Thinking it would be a quick visit, I stopped by with my dog after a vet appointment. Turns out I needed new front breaks as they were metal on metal! The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing my dog and I to sit inside for an hour and a half so we didn't cook out in the 90 degree heat. This is the best Les Schwab Tire Center I've ever been to, thanks to the wonderful staff!
I had a tire going flat so I went to Les Schwab Albany Oregon they were very busy but Guillermo took care of me right away. He was very nice and did a great job. Thank you so much !!!!!!
Shout out to Les Schwab. Had a socket pierce my fairly new expensive tires. Driving at freeway speed, lost air quickly and had major vibration. Pulled over. Side walls ruined. After putting on spare yesterday, went to Les Schwab today and simply said I need a new tire. They took my keys and replaced the tire, stating "no charge". Have a nice day. Thank you so much. That's why I get my tires there. Might save a few dollars elsewhere, but it is this kind of service that keeps me coming back.
so today I went to the Albany les schwab tire center and was helped by a gentleman named Eric.I had very little money but needed back tires to be taken off of the back rims and replaced with another set of tires that I got from a friend and balanced .so they did all the work and called my name.I walked up to the counter and I asked how much and Eric said it was free and shook my hand.I am so greatful .. now me and my family are going camping this weekend on safe tires thank you les schwab
I ordered 1 rim for my vehicle on a Monday they said give it a couple days we will call you. Well a month and a half later it showed up from Idaho via pony express but no phone call i had to call them again to see if it showed up.
