I went in to get a quote on some special tires and was told they would give me a call in a a few days. Two weeks have gone by and no call whatsoever.
I had a great experience at the Albany Les Schwabs. They put on studded tires and noticed I had two bent wheels. So they took care of that. Very efficient!!
They went above and beyond to help me with an issue that wasn’t even in their “wheelhouse”- pun intended! � thank you so much for not just sending me away because it’s not something you usually do!
2nd bad experience at this location! Absolute worse Les Schwab branch I’ve used in 21 years. For the first time ever, my family will be taking our business to another tire company thanks to Albany. Awful customer svc! I sat in the lobby for 90 mins, never called my name or my phone as they claimed. I never stepped out of the room once. Finally went up and asked about my vehicle.
