I enjoy living here and our leasing agent Katie was amazing and thorough and accommodating to our move in schedule! The community is nice and quiet. The only thing I will say is corporate takes way too long on processing resident referrals which makes it hard to refer anyone if your not going to back your promise on rewarding residents the $500. This of course has nothing to do with the property or people who work in this office but it is frustrating nonetheless.
Stay away from everyplace with the words learner on it! I could not write enough. Prices always going up, maintence was great but everything needed fixing, noisy neighbors which we counted 10 above us. Every 5 months a new manager who was worse then the last.
Awesome new home!! Just moved in 5 days ago!! My future husband has set the bar very high! Not sure we will be able to buy a piece of property with all of the amenities AND be a Gold LEED certified community!!
