Management is awe full. The leasing manager Amanda was over seeing my move from one unit to another. Every week for several weeks I went down to the office check on the progress. I always asked her when I can just give the office the funds for the move. As the move date approached, Amanda kept reassuring me that payment not yet due. Their management are the worst I've ever seen.i moved between many apartments and never treated that way.they try to get as much money as they can before you leave. their maintenance people are the worst they came to fix my broken blinds and told me next time you pay for them.i rented for 3+ years and every time my kids go to the office where the theater is it was not working..we paid for that but never used it..they charged me for painting the apartment and deep vacuuming.i asked them to refund me for cleaning the apartment... read more
they have so many hidden fees and charges when you go to move out , and the office staff has a very bad attitude save yourself the money and headaches and go somewhere else

RecommendedOn Wednesday July 10 maintenance man entered my apartment to replace my refrigerator . When my husband and me came home we found that my saffron was missing but office said no nobody look it . Offered $50.00 gift card Amazon . Lo saffron cost $400.00 HA!HA!
RecommendedGreat maintenance, great leasing office, really cool perks (valet trash, amazon lockers, complimentary shuttle to Reston-Wiehle station ((cant stop talking about that perk tbh)) and a great gym!). Only (small) complaint is the continual reminders I’ve had to give them in order to get the person that referred Lerner to me their actual Lerner referral bonus- still waiting 3 months in actually.
