Amazing apartment complex! Damon and Katie are so helpful and kind. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
If you want your property damaged, cars towed, management to disregard any issues, lights burning out inside your apartment after a few months, bugs crawling in from the patio, and horribly smelling hallways, this is the property for you. Current resident, beyond disappointed in this property. Hope they see this review and fix things
I’ve been living here for around 9 months and it’s been absolutely great. Shout out to Katie Hedrick and Damon White who work in the office they are fantastic, always going above and beyond.
Katie, the realtor consultant is the best in there, def recommend her if considering moving into this community!!
I️ have been living here for about a month now and it’s been wonderful! Damon White is our leasing consultant and has become a friend. He’s absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful!! I️ can’t even explain how easy he has made this process. We have been renting for roughly 6 years now and haven’t had it as good as Windmill Parc with Damon. We have moved every year we have leased, and we loved this community so much that we signed a longer lease and have no intentions of moving! This is an absolutely amazing community with beautiful landscaping and fantastic apartments. Katie was so helpful with finding the right apartment for me and continues to be helpful with any problems. Oh yeah and Damon is good too
