We've had a tremendous experience from start to finish with finding and leasing our new home at Lerner Windmill Parc. We owe so much of the pleasure of our experience to Damon and how hands on he was with us throughout the entire process. I was thinking of moving for over 2 years and then finally found Windmill Parc @ Dulles and was just amazed! Besides the fact that the new apartments are the best I've seen in the area, the staff, in particular Damon White, in the leasing office were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. With it being new construction, some uncertainty on dates etc was to be expected. Damon was always on top of communicating w/ me regarding dates and any important information for me. These apartments are some of the best in the area, for sure. After days of searching for a new apartment, we were completely wowed by the brand new units, the attention to detail, upgraded finishes, and excellent service and attentiveness from our leasing agent, Damon. The amenities are nice, and the complex is located in an extremely convenient area of Sterling. We moved in a few days ago and absolutely love it!
Immaculate units and beautiful grounds. Friendly environment. Ask for Damon, honest, thorough and pleasant to work with. He's the best!!
Just recently relocated here from Texas for work and i couldnt be happier with my decision to move into Windmill parc. The leasing agent Damon made the process so easy for me and even helped me get into my apt ahead of schedule.
