The price does not match the quality For the price that Lerner charges, I’ve never once felt this company cared about the quality of the amenities, the care of the residents, or quality service. Since living here, I’ve had numerous problems. I would not recommend Lerner Windmill Parc to anyone. The rent is high for what you get, and they are going down hill quickly. First off the maintenance people don’t care if they fix things or not unless it’s something easy but if it requires some work you can count on this taking a few weeks, they will come take a look tell you it’s fixed but then it just breaks again in a week. Management is awe full. The leasing manager Amanda was over seeing my move from one unit to another. Every week for several weeks I went down to the office check on the progress. I always asked her when I can just give the office the funds for the move. As the move date approached, Amanda kept reassuring me that payment not yet due. The day of the move, I was at work so my sister went to the office to get the keys to new place, at that point Amanda said no. No keys until I pay in full. I was at work and uhaul was ready. Their management are the worst I've ever seen.i moved between many apartments and never treated that way.they try to get as much money as they can before you leave. their maintenance people are the worst they came to fix my broken blinds and told me next time you pay for them.i rented for 3+ years and every time my kids go to the office where the theater is it was not working..we paid for that but never used it..they charged me for painting the apartment and deep vacuuming.i asked them to refund me for cleaning the apartment... read more
Terrible experience, their customer service is non-existent. Leasing office staff is extremely difficult to deal with and not very bright. The apartments are nice looking, but its not worth it to deal with the staff’s constant mistakes. A few times this involved being charged for rent that was more than the signed lease amount - yes this happened more than once! Totally illegal. To get a problem fixed you have to talk to at least three different people and follow up constantly, they will ignore you and act stupid so they do ... read more
RecommendedGreat, quiet community to live in. Apartments are great, I've lived in 2 different apartments so far. Damon, Katie and Amanda are all extremely responsive to any requests.
Highly recommended for the upscale living. Incredible place to live. Not to mention the awesome leasing staff! Damon and Katie in particular are fantastic, I’ve lived here for a while and not had the first issue. The amenities are endless and everything is beyond convenient!
Nicest Complex In Northern Virginia! We moved into this apartment when it was brand new. The amenities like the pool, fitness center, yoga room, and cafe are everything you could need. You're right across the street from the mall, airport is nearby and parking isn't a problem if you have a visitor pass. Damon in the leasing office went above and beyond to help us with our leasing needs and any apartment maintenance was handled promptly.
