Purchased a Cuban link bracelet from them a few years back and by now was beat up bad I mean scratches, gouges, literally got burned on a stove top. Might be hard to tell from the pics but they brought it back to life!! Better than I remember. John had great customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. Purchased a chain here— extremely happy with my purchase. Very reasonable prices for the excellent craftsmanship. If I ever need jewelry repair, or to buy anymore jewelry, I will definitely be coming here! Customer service is amazing, answered all my questions on how to take care of the chain, and even provided me a free microfiber cloth to use!
Best prices for Miami Cuban links compared to other, more "famous" Miami jewelers. Really nice, tight links on my 14kt, 206.5 grams, 10.2 mm 26" chain. very disappointing and unprofessional treatment of the gentleman, I took my ring to put in a diamond that I had lost, I asked the gentleman if when I picked up my finished garment they would test the stone to make sure it was really an authentic stone, he told me yes and that the cost was 250 dollars, the day I went to pick up the ring when I asked if they could check the stones the gentleman offended me, mistreated me and ran out of the store and the best of all was that minutes before I had just paid him 250 dollars one on... read more
