Went in last month looking for a specific piece of jewelry. John helped me find it right away, I did not feel any pressure, I was able to look at the piece and try it on. I bought it, was able to get it re-sized and the piece was polished upon pickup. I love that they spoke English. The service was great by John and the rest of the staff is also friendly and approachable. Would recommend and I would definitely come back.
Best prices for Miami Cuban links compared to other, more "famous" Miami jewelers. Really nice, tight links on my 14kt, 206.5 grams, 10.2 mm 26" chain. More than that is their willingness to fix or replace any item that wasn't up to specs. I will definitely be doing more buisness with them in the near future. Thank you, Leon Jewelers!! 💯👍
Great experience from selection to outstanding customer service. Johnny was great to work with on my custom order. Stopped in on a Friday and they didn't have the length I was looking for on a Cuban chain. They custom made me one to my specifications and it was ready the following Monday. This store has a HUGE inventory of Cuban links unlike other stores that you have to wait like a week for them to make it. Great customer service.Very nice friendly Employees and They gave me an awesome price on my Cuban link chain.They gave me a certificate stating that my chain is 14k because they have the gold X ray gun unlike other stores that just put a stamp on it. Went in to have a silver chain cleaned. Chain was only a year old and didn’t have much tarnish. I was charged 20$ and the chain was slightly improved. Went home and used a silver polish towel and tons came off. Scam. Waste of money. Go elsewhere. Edit: I’ve never seen it take an hour to clean a 5mm chain. The store had one customer inside besides me. The associate had an attitude as well. Blaming me for the poor result is irresponsible. Maybe take the 1 star reviews more seriously.
