I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses with my prescription a couple weeks ago. This was my first time ordering. I saw all the terrible reviews and was worried about my purchase. I received them yesterday in a very timely manner. The glasses are perfect. Thank you Glasses.com for everything you do. My glasses are awesome, And my insurance covered a large portion of them. I will order again in the future. .

Got three separate ray ban gift cards for fathers day. Can only use one on website. Ray ban said they need to combine the three into one giftcard. On June 23rd they said three to five business days, then seven to ten business days now I got an email and they said possible three weeks. Lost confidence in the brand. Been waiting to get back the 150 dollars they took from me. I am disappointed in the brand. Something needs to be done. Waiting for this to be resolved.

I purchased my prescription eyeglasses with designer frames at my local eye care office. The side arm/temple of the frame broke in half within 4 weeks of the warranty expiration ( 2 years from date of purchase). The eyecare office said I needed to contact Luxottica for repair but it was noted there appeared to be a defect in the arm of the frames and not just a missing s**** etc. I opened a claim with Luxottica and they promptly/quickly denied it as it was "past the warranty". I have purchased multiple pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses and at one point they did let you sent the glasses in for repair. Now you need to order parts. I mistakenly ordered "non-polarized". I have tried for 3 weeks to just get a response from this company. There is no way to speak to a human. All I want to do is an EXCHANGE for the polarized lenses. I went to Pearle Vision in ***********, *******, because I thought it would be a reputable choice. However, it is going into week four, and I still have no glasses. Me and my wife ordered glasses from this company. Not a single one has been the correct prescription. Even after my wife complained and sent back the classes and had to wait mths for her benefits to reset before she can use them again.. Then again still the wrong script causing her headaches and this time there is no way to have her benefits before coverage ends. In my option all medical insurance need to investigate this company and pull their insurance coverage for their poorly made products

Hello, On Jun 17th, I purchased sunglasses from Sunglass hut in ***************, **********, ** I am very very disappointed with the service. It was an insulting and humiliating experience. Lady in the store was in so much hurry in pushing everyone out of the store even when 45 min was remaining for store closing while the other associate was at work calmly. I have purchase Oakley glasses from Sunglass hut Store number ********* ****** **, buford-ga. receipt# *******date 6/7/23 cashier - Saaim 7***** at 4.10Pm they didnt have glasses in store so they order for me online. and told me that i will recive within 3 business days, so i call them helps desk and stoe both and they have not find my order in system. Since i have paid them cash and i do have receipt with me but they refuse that i never purchase from them. so i believe since its cash i think they have pocket this money.

Never activated a gift card. Runaround about a refund. Never again doing business with them!
