They knowingly overbilled me for services and will not issue a refund. They tried to cover their actions with the Attorney Generals office by submitting sloppy “backup” thinking it would be sufficient. They have been avoiding the Attorney Generals request for documentation to support their reasoning for months. Because the Attorney Generals office is limited and cannot take legal action, if they get enough people that have valid cases of fraudulent billing then they can escalate the issue. They have terrible return and repair policy. They decide to make a new pair but you have to send the pair need to repair back first. estimate 20+ days to get shipped back.

Absolute worst customer service. The Employees are rude. When it is brought to managements attention nothing is done. The regional manager Chris S****, deemed my complaint resolved before he even spoke with me. Their customer service is a joke.
