RecommendedHad the best experience today at LensCrafters Jensen Beach today. Treated very well by staff including Eric- made us feel at home and looked after our needs until Sean could take our prescription. The glasses were fantastic. Maybe should have them changed more often. Oh - Eric- the song I was trying to remember is “ Paradise “ by John Prine.Thank you, Merry Christmas Rain Donnelly

The representative that help me, Desiree was extremely helpful, and very willing to help me go through multiple frames looking for the same frames I had year prior. I will definitely be going there next year. Thank you!

The customer service I received was horrendous. Both my husband and I went there to get our glasses. They gave us a date, changed the date to a later one, then when I went to cancel the order because very unprofessional.
The actual physician is great! With that being said, the person at the front is very hostile and difficult to deal with. She became almost combative when I asked for my prescription so I could order contacts online instead of through them. She also told me I did not exist and about hung up on my because she wrote down my birthdate wrong. Worst experience I have encountered with a staff by far. Would not recommend.
