Customer service is very bad - start there
lenscrafters took advantage and charged us for a contact lens fitting when ONLY a regular eye exam was requested. they told us the contact sample was free, then made the 45$ fee for the contact fitting sound like it was the cost of the regular exam. noticed the exam was covered and the contact fitting, which should never have happened and only did because they said the contact sample was free, on the receipt once we got home. they would not refund for their misrepresentation and told us it wasnt their problem. will not ever ... read more

I’ve been going here for s few years and everyone is always very helpful and attentive!
Quick and easy. The store associate, Jeff, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The script was done in exactly one hour. I cannot give them a better recommendation.
Salesperson ordered the wrong yearly supply of contacts. So I spent $740 to wait 2 weeks for the wrong contacts to be shipped to my house. Now I am all out of contacts. How hard is it to order the correct contacts?! Now I have to go return said contacts and wait another week or so for the correct ones. Also, they forgot to include my rebate. Very displeased with Lenscrafters.
This location has terrible customer service !! Ann who works here is extremely rude and has no sense of respect for anyone's time and their schedules! She is rude and obnoxious I would never re visit this location after today and now I see why so many people rate this location terribly !! I'm extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere after today!
