Not good – Quoted me low, charged me higher. charges you before they unload and "estimate" their unload time. Walls got scratched up and steps got a chunk taken out. They didn't even unwrap everything. got lost on the way to the new house i brought them lunch and they charged me while they sat their and ate. extremely unprofessional. you get what you pay for, use a company that knows what they are doing.
Agree with bad reviews – ADDENDUM: See all reveiws and go to 10/07/09 "Good Movers & Bad Movers." This review claims to be the owner of Lenora's and wants to dispell dishonest posts. Talk about dishonest tricks, I just did a quick look at the reviews and on 10/10/08, three different users: PHILADIVA, THECLOCK, and LIKEWISE08 all have a similar great review, all in CAPS (including their user names) and similar style of writing. Quailty report – We used 10 of the top movers in the city, Lenora's being one of them. This company performs about 30 moves a week. There prices were the most accurate and the service was very professional. Our company found these movers to be very friendly and courteous and the most willing to go that extra step for the customers. We also checked the ratings they recieved around the city. Not a Fan – I chose Lenora because they had the lowest estimate and seemed very professional. My move ended up costing double the estimate, the movers were unprofessional, several pieces were damaged, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the company during the move to discuss it. Ultimately I was forced to pay for the move because the movers said it was policy to not unload my furniture until it was paid for. totally happy – well, i read some of the reviews on here, and i have to say that i find it a bit hard to believe. the guys moved me pretty quick. i went from doylestown all the way to wilmington ohio. they handled all my things carefully and my boyfriend was extremely happy that they didn't break his pool table lol. i got a really good price and i even gave them a tip. use them. you won't be disappointed
Great Movers / Great Service / High Recommend – The team arrived on time, was very friendly and flexible in the moving of the items. Everything was done in a professional and diligent manner. I would highly recommend them on anyone.
Bad Service! – The people in the office, who set up the move messed up numerous times. At every conversation, they were trying to get extra fees here and there. My items were supposed to be delivered at 4pm on a saturday, i did not get my items until the following day at 6pm with extra fees added to my bill. To top it off, i had to wait in an empty house from 8am to 6pm because no one would answer my calls or give me any info about the delivery time. They were just awful. DO NOT use this company.

We tried several times to schedule this delivery, she kept switching dates. She was scheduled for a 4PM delivery. She was called and told her crew was running late. She said she'd be available til 8PM. The crew arrived at 6PM at which time she turned her delivery away and told them to deliver it tomorrow. This is why she was charged overnight storage. Lenora's is the Best of the Best – I'm a highly respected real estate professional in the city of Philadelphia and I own many properties. From time to time I have to, unfortunately, evict a tenant. When I need a crew to move the tenant's belongings I always call Lenora's. Professional, courteous and no one has been able to beat their rates. I even hired them to move me when I moved, and I entrusted them to move my mother. I've used other movers before, but none of the can compete with Lenora's quality of service.
