The customer service agents do not know their stuff I was assured that this company would charge my account twice after calling on to make an early payment to make sure I held up my end of my contract but they actually did charge my account twice and have no one availble to resolve my issue or start the process to resolve my issue until Monday today is Thursday. Which adds an additional 4 days extra that I would have to wait to get my money back so that would make 9 days or more. I have other bills to pay with the extra mone... read more
