Be very careful. They will bait and worry you 24/7 then turn you down with a back dated rejection letter. Don't do it. I realize now that I dodged a bullet
"Eric was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. There were absolutely no surprises at settlement. An excellent job!"
