They were recommended by lending tree but are a predatory company. It was a blessing in disguise that my loan officer wouldn't get back to me. Also if you are a little harder to get approved, they won't waste time on you. Consider yourself lucky though.

This is a predatory company. I applied through Lending Tree and only selected one financial institution-\-\not Lending Point. The next day I get a phone call from Lending Point while I'm driving. I make the point that I'm driving and may not be the best time to talk, they push through. I think I am talking to the institution I chose-\-\not Lending Point. She helped me figure out what I needed and I was approved and funded in less than 48 hours! She answered all my questions and her pleasant respectful demeanor was apparent even through the phone.
