This company needs a more user friendly website. I changed my account online and deleted my old one yet they still took the money out of the old one which will be causing all kinds of problems for me. I was told too bad you were supposed to call us and do that over the phone. Then I shouldn't have been able to do it on the website. I can't wait to be rid of this loan and the ridiculous interest charge. My get out of debt plan has just changed and this company will be the first to go
