I have never been treated so disrespectfully and with such disregard by a dealer where customer service should be a priority. Used car sales manager tony has no business being in a customer service role. I drove 2 hours and wanted to put a deposit on a vehicle and finish deal in cash few days later ...when I had more time and my wife could be present and I wAs told that if deal wasn’t competed that day then there was no deal as he had others who could. Dave, Tony, and Curt did a amazing job at getting me into a new truck. I definitely made their job tough but they did it anyway with no complaints. That is what a car dealership is supposed to do. Make dreams become a reality
Thought I would have spent the afternoon with Andrew and the service department. But as things happened as they serviced my 09 Jeep I was offered a loaner car. What nice surprise. Next day I received a call that I could pick up my car. I found them to be courteous and efficient. Plan on making them my service store for taking care of my Jeep.
These service manager was helpful and efficient. I was consulted re services needed. it would've been helpful to add up the costs along the way. all in all good service.
Polite on phone and very accommodating scheduling multiple vehicles for service.
The Westminster 140 dealerships service department is lousy. Called service department six times and left six messages. No one called back so had to drive from Eldersburg to Westminster to find out no appointments for this Friday. Called owings mills dealership and got an appointment for Friday. The Westminster dealership could care less about customers. Never will go to that dealership again.
