I scheduled a service reservation online to have the oil changed and the 60k mile service performed on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I received a confirmation onscreen and also to my email account. I took my car in for a recall and they pulled the wheels to check my brakes and rotors without my authorization - they didn't ask they just did it. I already knew that I needed new ones and had my grandson lined up to replace them and he already had the parts. When I took the car in the breaks didn't scrape the rotors but after they pulled the wheels they did when my wife drove it home which means they adjusted them to make them scrape. I have been owed a refund for 10 months and it still has not been processed nor have they even paid enough attention to verify they have my correct address, the sales manager seems lazy and the finance department must be incompetent if they can't get a check out in 10 months.

Took our Hellcat Redeye in for service, oil change and alignment. Their alignment machine was not working. So we only had the oil change done. Turns out the tech decided it would be a great, safe and fun idea to take it out on a test drive after the oil change. The person took it for a 4 mile joy ride and hit the speed of 102mph down Rt. 140. We purposely reset the top speed indicator when going in for services anywhere to monitor this. We let the service advisor know immediately. 10/10 would not recommend.
