Personable and up front about prices. Accommodating with our needs for pick up and salesman even offered to meet us on his day off to deliver our vehicle.
I attempted to take my wife’s Jeep here this morning, as it started running really rough and the check engine light came on during her drive to work this morning. I walked into the Service Center and told them the situation. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get it in today or tomorrow, and most likely not until the end of the week. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, in this day and age, that customer service takes a back seat to the almighty dollar. I made the mistake of taking sales at their word and ended up losing the Jeep we had painstakingly planned for, including taking off work to make the purchase. If you walk in without a trade and are going to finance the full purchase, you're gold.
