Had to take two days off work because they didn't order the correct part the first time. Was told it would take 5 days to get the part, it took over 2 weeks. I was told it would take 2 hours to install the part, it took 5. It was a simple replacing of a fuel filter adapter. I was charged $350 just in labor to replace this part. I was given no estimate before the work was done either. Midas would have installed the part for under $200. I might have to buy parts there, but I will never have them work on my car again. It was actually the pre - owned Lexus dealership. My salespeople were Joshua and Vicky and they were great. Gave me just what I asked for..and didn't take all day like most other dealerships.
