Terriable... been working with them for a few days they did all paper work and gave me number I was happy with went in yday to pick up my new truck which they had detailed and waiting out front then all of a sudden the sales mgr was like there was some miscommunication with my team well that’s not my fault they wouldn’t honor price they gave me wanted to charge $45 more a mth I guess they figured since I was already in the building I would budge and just taken it sorry not my first rodeo so I walked right out. Be careful! Look carefully for hidden charges/double charges, especially on freight. Now Heritage Jeep in Owings Mills they are AWESOME and trustworthy. Will NEVER go to Len Stoler for a car again!

I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango. I enjoyed working with all the people including the manager and finance office. Great people that treat you right.
Van started making noises on my way to my first job. Called, they squeezed me in. Fixed the issue and I was able to finish my work for the day.. awesome customer service!!
Excellent customer service and unfortunately I did not purchase my Jeep from them, very sad to say.
