I frankly hated this experience. I got a used car here and I have had a number of problem with my car since I bought it. The day I brought it home the air compressor clutch went out and they used my extended warranty to pay for it despite being under the dealer warranty still. Plus I complained of a shimmy while driving and they didn't search for the problem instead they did a quick fix. I came into the Len Stoler Chevrolet Westminster location and I meet with Sharon Graves. She helped me purchase a new Chevrolet Cruze and so far I love it. She had me test drive the vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was very personable and I really enjoyed talking with her. Lastly, she helped me set everything up prior to leaving and told me to contact her at any point if I needed anything. I highly recommend working with Sharon if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!
